We guarantee the quality of our work and materials according to specific terms agreed upon in each contract. Our responsibility is limited to correcting defects in workmanship within the warranty period. We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather conditions, acts of vandalism, or improper maintenance.

REVIXPRO is fully insured and licensed (NJ License). We maintain liability and workers' compensation insurance to protect both our employees and our clients during project execution.

We offer 24/7 emergency services for critical situations requiring immediate attention. Emergency services may have different rates from our regular services due to the urgent nature and non-traditional hours required.

Payment terms are established in each individual contract. We generally require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods and offer financing options when applicable.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We will not be responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
